CABIN 5
This private two bedroom cabin offers a more elevated view of the lake. Sitting slightly further back from the water’s edge than our other cabins, Cabin 5 offers a screen porch and wrap-a-round deck for beautiful panoramic views of the lake. Surrounded by red and white pines, this cabin really instills the concept of wilderness seclusion. Inside, it features a rough cut cedar ceiling, native spruce pine paneling, and many hand made accents and cabinets. Also featured is a fully equipped kitchen, bath with shower, and fireplace wood stove with glass front door. Like all of our cabins, Cabin 5 also offers its own private dock. The picnic table and charcoal grill are just out your door. Capacity 6 persons – one queen bed, one double bed, and a full size futon couch/bed. This cabin includes 2 people in the base rate. Pet and smoke free.

CABIN RESERVATION POLICY
A $500.00 deposit per unit is required when making a reservation for 4 nights or longer. Stays of 2 or 3 nights require a $300 deposit. A minimum $500 deposit is always required for Cabins #3, #4 and #10. The remaining balance for the number of nights reserved is due upon arrival. If you need to cancel, provided your cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund minus a $50.00 service charge will be given. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. A dropped night within 60 days of arrival is considered a cancelled night. For cancelled nights within 60 days of arrival, part of the deposit will be forfeited to cover the cancelled night(s). Any cancellations occurring within 7 days of arrival are considered a “no-show.” No-shows will be charged for the entirety of their stay. Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex) accepted.
Group Reservation Policy – For any group reserving 4 or more units, a 50% deposit is instead required at the time of the reservation. The 60-day and 7-day cancellation policy remain the same.
Christmas/New Years Policy – For reservations falling within our Christmas/New Years rate season, the cancellation policy is changed to a 90 day policy. Additionally, we require all reservations for this holiday period to be prepaid (excluding sales tax) by December 1st of that year. Statements will be sent out in November indicating the remaining amount due on the reservation. Once you have prepaid, the following addition to our cancellation policy will apply: You will be refunded each night that we are able to rebook on a canceled reservation up to the original deposit amount.
Please note that our cancellation policy is not dependent on the cause or reason for the cancellation. We are unable to be responsible for things such as bad weather; illnesses or injuries; family, pet, work emergencies; or even the most unfortunate of unexpected events, a death. Please be aware that you always have the option of purchasing trip insurance, which could offer coverage for cancellation fees and travel expenses.
