CABIN RESERVATION POLICY
A $500.00 deposit per unit is required when making a reservation for 4 nights or longer. Stays of 2 or 3 nights require a $300 deposit. The remaining balance for the number of nights reserved is due upon arrival. If you need to cancel, provided your cancellation is received 60 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund minus a $50.00 service charge will be given. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellations occurring within 7 days of arrival will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged for the entirety of their stay. Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex) accepted.
Please note that our cancellation policy is not dependent on the cause or reason for the cancellation. We are unable to be responsible for things such as bad weather; illnesses or injuries; family, pet, work emergencies; or even the most unfortunate of unexpected events, a death. Please be aware that you always have the option of purchasing trip insurance, which could offer coverage for cancellation fees and travel expenses.
CABIN PET POLICY
Well behaved pets are accepted at Golden Eagle Lodge in some of these cabins. There is a daily charge per pet of $25/night or $140/week. Pets must be in a kennel while in the cabin alone at any time and on a leash when in the resort area. Please note that Cabins 3, 5, 6, 7, and 10 are Pet Free all year. View our full Pet Policy here.
