THE STUDIO
The Studio is a lodge style room/apartment paneled in beautiful native knotty pine, has a partially equipped kitchen, fireplace wood stove with glass front door, one queen size bed, and private bath with tub/shower. Although not on the lake, The Studio is perfect for visiting individuals and couples up for their own getaway, or for those visiting families or friends staying in our other cabins or campground. The Studio is part of a shared building (duplex) and is not a stand-alone unit like the rest of our cabins. Also unlike our other cabins, the kitchen in The Studio is geared for shorter stays and minimal cooking needs. The Studio is our only lodging unit available for single night stays. Capacity 2 persons. Includes dock space that is provided at main lodge dock. This unit includes 2 people in the base rate. Smoke free and pet free.

CABIN RESERVATION POLICY FOR THE STUDIO
A $100.00 deposit per night is required when making a reservation for The Studio, capping at $500 if longer than 5 nights. One-night stays are paid in full at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance for the number of nights reserved is due upon arrival. If you need to cancel, provided your cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund minus a $50.00 service charge will be given. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. A dropped night within 60 days of arrival is considered a cancelled night. For cancelled nights within 60 days of arrival, part of the deposit will be forfeited to cover the cancelled night(s). Any cancellations occurring within 7 days of arrival are considered a “no-show.” No-shows will be charged for the entirety of their stay. Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex) accepted.
Group Reservation Policy – For any group reserving 4 or more units, a 50% deposit is instead required at the time of the reservation. The 60-day and 7-day cancellation policy remain the same.
Christmas/New Years Policy – For reservations falling within our Christmas/New Years rate season, the cancellation policy is changed to a 90 day policy. Additionally, we require all reservations for this holiday period to be prepaid (excluding sales tax) by December 1st of that year. Statements will be sent out in November indicating the remaining amount due on the reservation. Once you have prepaid, the following addition to our cancellation policy will apply: You will be refunded each night that we are able to rebook on a canceled reservation up to the original deposit amount.
Please note that our cancellation policy is not dependent on the cause or reason for the cancellation. We are unable to be responsible for things such as bad weather; illnesses or injuries; family, pet, work emergencies; or even the most unfortunate of unexpected events, a death. Please be aware that you always have the option of purchasing trip insurance, which could offer coverage for cancellation fees and travel expenses.
