CABIN RESERVATION POLICY
A $500.00 deposit per unit is required when making a reservation for 4 nights or longer. Stays of 2 or 3 nights require a $300 deposit. The remaining balance for the number of nights reserved is due upon arrival. If you need to cancel, provided your cancellation is received 60 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund minus a $50.00 service charge will be given. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival date, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Any cancellations occurring within 7 days of arrival will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged for the entirety of their stay; re-booked nights will be refunded up to the initial deposit. Personal checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex) accepted.
CABIN PET POLICY
Well behaved pets are accepted at Golden Eagle Lodge in some of these cabins. There is a daily charge per pet of $25/night or $140/week. Pets must be in a kennel while in the cabin alone at any time and on a leash when in the resort area. Please note that Cabins 3, 5, 6, 7, and 10 are Pet Free all year. View our full Pet Policy here.
