RESERVATION REQUEST FORM

Use this form to send us a reservation request. After we receive your request, we will contact you regarding your desired unit. Deposits are required for reservations. Our deposit policy can be found at the bottom of this page, after the form below.

A 2-night minimum is required for all cabin reservations. From July 6 to August 24, 2024, all cabins are rented on a weekly basis only. During this time, Cabins #1, #7, #8, #9, #10, #23 are rented Saturday to Saturday and Cabins #2, #3, #4, #5, #6 are rented Sunday to Sunday. Pets are not accepted in Cabins #3, #5, #6, #7, and #10 at any time.

For campground inquiries, please list your camping unit and its length in the “Comments” box so we can ensure you are placed in a site that you’ll fit in.

Cabin Deposit Policy
A $500.00 deposit per unit is required when making a reservation for 4 nights or longer. Stays of 2 or 3 nights require a $300 deposit. A minimum $500 deposit is always required for Cabins #3, #4 and #10. The remaining balance for the number of nights reserved is due upon arrival. If you need to cancel, provided your cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund minus a $50.00 service charge will be given. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. A dropped night within 60 days of arrival is considered a cancelled night. For cancelled nights within 60 days of arrival, part of the deposit will be forfeited to cover the cancelled night(s). Any cancellations occurring within 7 days of arrival are considered a “no-show.” No-shows will be charged for the entirety of their stay. Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex) accepted.

Group Reservation Policy – For any group reserving 4 or more units, a 50% deposit is instead required at the time of the reservation. The 60-day and 7-day cancellation policy remain the same.

Campground Deposit Policy
A $49 deposit per site is required when making a reservation for less than 1 week or $100 per site per week ($44/$90 for Site #3). One night stays are prepaid at the time of reservation. These deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance for the number of nights reserved is due upon arrival. Personal checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & Amex) accepted. A reservation that is cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged for all nights reserved.

Group Reservation Policy – For any group reserving 4 or more units, a 50% deposit is instead required at the time of the reservation.

Please note that our cancellation policies are not dependent on the cause or reason for the cancellation. We are unable to be responsible for things such as bad weather; illnesses or injuries; family, pet, work emergencies; or even the most unfortunate of unexpected events, a death. Please be aware that you always have the option of purchasing trip insurance, which could offer coverage for cancellation fees and travel expenses.
